"Let me tell you my story"
In March 2014 I was involved in a horrific car accident which left me with extreme burns to my face and the left side of my body, four broken vertebrae, a broken hip, 8 broken ribs and bleeding on the brain. Infections to the full thickness burns to 40 percent of my body resulted in me losing my left hand and left leg.
I guess a lot of people look at something like that and say ‘that was the worst day of my life'. I prefer to think of it as the luckiest day of mine.
2 Years and over 50 operations later, I set out to prove to the world and myself that I was not done yet. I rode 580km on horseback through western NSW to raise money and awareness for the 'Limbs for Life' charity which provides services to amputees. It wasn't easy, but like most things in life that are hard, you just get on with it.

“I love helping people, especially people that are going through illness or sickness.” |
"...he has what seems like an infinite supply of intriguing stories about his life. Each one either takes a surprising turn, contains a hidden message or reveals something about what makes him tick. Each tale is incredible or touching in its own right and he tells them like they are nothing. He is a country boy, effortlessly laid-back and friendly. But he is also ridiculously understated and modest. A man who earned everything he’s got and never learnt how to brag."

"NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER QUIT, no matter the circumstances"‘‘There are people out there who have it much worse than me. The accident has brought my family even closer together. I should have died that day, but I didn’t and I realise there is so many reasons to live. That's why I want to now help other people understand how to face adversity with strength and courage."
